What are the waist sizes of pros.

I know they like to lie. Clearly some have to be in the very high 30s- and even 40s.

Anyone know?

the bigger pros (280 plus) are easily in the 40's, i'd say Ronnies is 42-44 but his chest is probably 56-58.

What year is that pic from? Ronnie looks very thick but not as shredded as in recent years.

there is not a fucking pro who was a waist under 30 !

now I think that Melvin has a 30 inch waist but not an inch under !

maybe the pros who compete at less than 190-195 pounds could have 28 or 29 inch waist but IMO, everyone who is 220-250 have a 32-34 waist.

keep in mind that a 32 inch waist on a 220 lbs dude on stage is frikin small

My waist is a full 35 inches at a bodyweight of 242 lbs. and it does not look big at all, my stomach is flat and no love handles. So I find these 31-32 inch measurements on guys that outweigh me by 20 lbs. claims very suspect.

I think you're supposed to measure it flexed, not sucked in at all though.

Flexed is a loose term too.I can flex my abs in diffrent way causing diffrent measurments.
This is the exact reason I hate the numbers for such things,no standart so basicly any claim is valid.

There is that old picture of Joe Weider measuring Flex waists while vacum,anyone remember it?That might be a clue

were you there, did you measure his waist yourself? if not then you know no facts at all, you believe a statement and adopt it as your opinion. Richard Jones, melvin and Shawn had 3 of the smallest waists ever onstage. Im surprised nobody has yet mentioned Brian Buchanan's.
