If your in the ring on a regular basis than there is no way he will look too great. Your elbows (bursa) swell, your knees get fuc--- up, your ache everyday, your lat and whole scapula area swells from hitting the ropes..the body just looks different if your wrestling training. Whole different story if he isn't training. I tore my hamstring during a training session(wrestling) and because I continued doing whatever I could it didn't even start to feel a little better for 8 months....and I did no train legs that entire time.
