this is me first time writing on here, let alone topic. ive been working on improving my diet the past 3-4 months, with this routine. i have lost a good chunk of fat throughout my body, its clearly visible, and i am very happy. as im sure most of you might know now, this is when it gets hard. I do lots of abdomine workouts, to ensure a nice 6 months in the next couple of months, however, its getting harder to lose the weight, compared to 2-3 months ago.
I just started on Ephedra this monday, this being my third day and i love it.
can you guys take a look at my diet, and my consumption, and let me know what things might need enhancing, or changing.
thanks, in advance.
7-8:30am = cardio
9am = oatmeal, bagel (9g of protein, 1g fat), with fat free cream cheese
+ flax/fishoil + advanced CLA, GLA, Omega Fatty acid complex, vitamin supplements
11am = protein shake (usualy two scoops around 54g protein)
1pm = pita bread sandwich + tuna (ive noticed that pita bread is the easiest and least fatty)
2pm = glutamine, with lots of water
2pm = gym (lifting weights offcourse) usually having a protein bar while warm up, and another right after...
2:30pm = protein shake (two scoops, 54g)
4-5pm = lunch (usually chicken breasts, mesquite breasts, teriyake breasts, with beans)
at this point, i ususaly need to improvise. i need to avoid carbs.
8-10 = tuna and salad before sleep...
my overall current goal is to be as lean as possible. im naturaly big, so i wont lack size. i rahter first get as lean as possible, and trust me im doing cardio like a mofo. around 45-1 hour hardcore a day. hoping the ephedra will enhance that... thanks for the help guys...
