how long does it take for different types of carbohydrates to get to the point where they are being used as energy? ....like....if i was to eat a plate of pasta.....how many minutes(or hours) would it be untill i could actually use that pasta for wortking out?
also...if you could... the rates for rice, bread(white, and wheat), apples, ....etc...whatever you eat.
...and....how many grams of carbohydrates do you think a considerably high intensity wokrout about an hour long would consume???
