Going with a simple test cycle would be better for a 1st timer...either dbol or winny could be added in, but it is not a must.If you go with deca, add in some test with it at a 2/1 ratio, but I like the idea of seeing how your body reacts to a simple test cycle first.
Ok I am a 37 year old white male, 5'11" and now at 255 lbs. About 7 months ago I stepped on the scales at 280 and told myself that was enough and started hitting the weights and running along with a drastic change in my diet. I lift 4 times a week and run 2 miles a day three times a week. I would guess my body fat at the time was probably close to 35 or 40 percent. I have added considerable amounts of muscle to my frame while burning body fat, which has slowed somewhat I think. My goal is to get down to 230 along with keeping what muscle I have built or adding more, more is always better right? . Anyway I was wondering, seeing as how I am 37 if a couple of cycles would help me out. I have been on these boards lurking and learning but am not quite sure what a good first cycle for someone like me would be.
Just do some test bro...500mg/week of test e will make u grow like a weed for a first cycle considering ur age.maybe 750mg/week
let is be test e 750 mg weekly and deca 400 mg weekly
