I thought i'd share this topic with ya'll @ getbig because its relevant to lifting weights. Dont you agree with the fact when the world is crazy enough to drive you mad you take it out on the weights and next thing you know you've done more weight than you could've think of? I mean "the crazy world" itself is enough, and i mean 'specially NOWADAYS the world is so crazy bro that you just cant wait to hit the weights heavy?

Adults give me some feedback on this,

It's been long past the point of no return and the world is slowly comming to an almost complete end for Humans atleast, either way I, at times (mostly when stressing out) I notice that I have more endurance and my workouts feel uncomplete so I do more (which somtimes makes me more sore then intended).

The city and the traffic is obviously bothering you. Why not buy a nice little farm and get away from the city. Live closer to the nature in perfect harmony.

i never had one decent workout while being peeved about something.

I agree completely, when i am fully focused my workouts tend to be shorter in time and volume. That's why i wish i had a workout partner at times so i am almost forced to be 1000% focused all the time.
