Chick is much bigger than you would think, remember he competed at 250. Certain shots of him make me look twice because hes alot thicker than he looks in the magazines

According to a BMI calculator, that's the same as a 5'8 guy competing at 223lbs. He does look very big. These numbers must be inaccurate.

My arms are about 21 1/2.

At 21 (the age in the pic), I'd guess they were 19 in.

A good proportioned bodybuilder in contest shape usually has arms that are around 8-9% of their body weight, but in inches, the % goes lower the heavier the bodybuilder.

example would be 200lb bodybuilder, 18" arms   = 9%

Arnold's were around 19.5" and he competed at 240lbs.  = 8.125%
