King Kamali - lawsuits and public humilation?
« on: August 06, 2006, 06:10:42 AM »
It's been about 2 or 3 months since clown kamali made those threats on a nationally broadcast radio show.
Still waiting for the "public humiliation" and "pending lawsuit"
What has been the outcome?

What happened did judge judy throw out the case?

Sued.

Shouldn't you be on youtube (humiliated) and in jail for defaming the character of a great man like KK?

I think Kamali has got the message, threaten to sue an internet hater and you'll end up with a host of bad publicity.

Would it be fair to say he "owned" himself.

You guys are too simplistic to understand the subtlety of the vengeance that Kamali is wreaking upon his nemesis. Every day that the threat of this lawsuit hangs over 240's head like a Sword of Damocles is another drop of poison added to his bloodstream. Over time, 240 will slowly rot away on the inside from accumulated stress and anxiety. When he finally succumbs, there will be only a brief thump as his lifeless body slumps to the floor. And somewhere far away, King Kamali will somehow know. And he will allow himself the tiniest smile as he recalls the maxim that revenge is a dish best served cold...

Or maybe it was all just showboat bullying with nothing to back it up. I don't know.

Is 240 still living in fear?

He seems to be less funny/provocative these days.

Everyone is piling on chick, but, 240 was notably pretty absent in the whole Rhino v. Chick debate.

I stepped back, as chick was way wrong and wouldn't take the bet with rhino.

then, chick start started multiple bashing threads, so i had to chime in with facts.

I'm a busy guy lately, working on lots of sites.   i'm more respectful of families these days, and I never speak on a topic where I am employed.   Other than that, I still speak my mind :)

In a week of so a Sheriff will deliver a summons to him to be sent to ASS RAPE PRISON.

Yep.  I'm stretched and ready.  Should be a fun ride!

King just wanted to stir things up a bit. 240 shat his dollar pants and King was the main topic of conversation on getbig for the week - he got what he wanted. We all had some great entertainment so theres no point complaining.

I visited the USA last week and they were sellings guns in stores.  ;D

ain't it cool?  down here in florida, 1 in 10 has a carry permit.  they're everywhere.  you casually mention it to ppl in grocery stores "you piece is showing, brother".  "Thanks" with a nod.  "1911 man, eh? I like the Sig Sauer, myself".   A friendship ensues.

An armed society is a polite society.

Dude, first off you're 5'10 and 7/16ths.

Secondly, Thunder Bay is one of the worst cities in Canada as far as crime goes and we look out about five gun related deaths a decade here.  Makes me wonder if greater access does indeed relate to greater crime caused by such access.

your country has no guns, so naturally you'll have less gun deaths.

I would like to see some mugging/assault per population per square mile stats.

Sparse population helps reduce the crime.  you have people living on people here in the US.

No one is complaining.

I just think it's hillarious how King punked himself.

The best part of that whole shit was how he tried to make himself sound intelligent contracting a lawyer and all, and then in the next five minutes his answer to what went down between him and farah was something like this....

"Farah said, move away this is my shot...And then, I was like, oh yeah.....BOOM.

How anybody took this clown seriously is beyond me.

Judge "Mr. Kamali, you claim to have been defamed by one Rob Z. also known by the aliases 240 or bust and 240 is back, I can't possibly find any evidence for defamation of character"

Kamali "Oh yeah your honor, Boom!"

So lets say, hypothetically, a law against all kinds of weapons would be legislated in the US.

And a MAJOR drive were to be taken place for a year or so, where gun owners, legal and illegal alike, would get to turn in their guns without any kind of repercussions.

And continually, major money would be spent on destructing illegal weapons and finding owners of these, even after the initial drive.

What do you think would happen to crime rates in the US?

Crime rates would drop.  however, it would take a lot longer than a year.  It woudl take about 50.  And during those 50 years, it sure would suck to live here.

I'm all for gun control, given 2 factors:
1) The criminals lose their guns too.  If they're already breaking the law, they're not going to care about new laws.
2) We can trust the govt.  See: 911.

I think at that point the Second U.S. Civil War (which would be in full swing) would be a far more pressing concern than "crime".

I don't know about the crime rates, but I do know that voter turnout would increase  ;)

That doesn't work either.

If you're a 90-lb woman or a 70-year-old man you're gonna need a gun to protect yourself from criminals whether they have a gun or not.
