hell of a build for 187lbs! whats his best time? Mark Lewis Francis was massive at 17 for a sprinter and ended up running under 10 seconds over 100m. But it was disallowed for wind assistance i think

How do you know....I am 100 percent sure he trains way harder than pretty much any bodybuilder to get to the level in track that he is at. And that includes full body working out. I like you Heracles, but you are taking away from his efforts by saying he doesn`t even really try.

HIs physique oozes bodybuilding potential all over it, and he doesnt even try!  its genetics...i played football with a kid who hardly ever touched weights and would eat whatever the hell he wanted...still he held as much muscle as almost any guy on the team, full round muscle bellies, crazy striations and conditoning....its about genetics.
