It really sux right after getting home from the gym and it's all wet from sweat -- it sticks to you. I've put my thumb through several shirts (back of the neck) trying to pull them off. Once I get it about half way off (my head's in the shirt) I can sometimes pull one arm through and use that free arm to yank it the rest of the way off.I like those max-muscle tank top thingies because you can just put your arm through the hoop and lift it over your head...but even those roll up as you take them off.
seriously how the f uck does coleman take a shirt like this off? must reach behind his head and just try and drag it off his back, i see no other way of doing it.
