I think Dzul Boy could bench 500 lbs his arms look around 19 1/2 -20" arms he seems thick.You can never judge somebody on how they look by how strong they are .I was all natural at 250lbs, benching 500lbs so it can be done.Loook at those Asian Olympic lifters they look like they are maybe 140 lbs, and they throw 300 over there head like its nothing.What you guys are confusing is its not only muscle strength its tendon strength.Just because a guy has 24" incharms doesnt mean he is strong.I have training chest with Chris Cormier who is bigger then mew and I was stronger then him.My father never touched a weight in his life, and smoked for 48 years, and could pick up engines and transmissions and carry then across our garage.He was just a big man, he weighed about 260 lbs with 18" arms, and never liftted.But then again you got guys who are like King Kamali who say they can bench 580lbs, but people said they seen him struggle with 405lbs.If Dzul Boy has strong tendons geneticaly he probably could bench 500lbs,or he could be a guy just talking smack because nobody is there to prove him wrong.We need to find some one who lives in his hometown and have them video tape him benching 500 lbs.Even if he cant bench 500 lbs, I will say he has a good physique, and is well balanced , which is more impressive then benching 500 lbs
