ive changed my training alot, going for exercise volume, and concentration for pumps and staying awya from super heavy weight..noticed a big difference man, but thats me.
Same here,but I train as heavy as possible as well.
I used to follow Arnold's routine but twice a week. This is when I had my 29 inch waist. Am contemplating going back to it and just train like a mad man.
