ok Stella..even though my knowlodge of DSL is limited you SHOULD be now be going WOW! this is fantastic..if you are not


1) powercycle your DSL modem (ie turn it off and on..is it a westell 2200?)
2) CALL your service provider (wish you had said who it is) and ASK ..INSIST for a " trouble ticket" where they  WILL HAVE TO SEND SOMEONE to your house to fix the problem


other options you might wanna try but its hard to explain why without me in front of a chalk board..

1) go to "start"  then "run"  type in "cmd"....just for 10 secs unplug that wire  that goes into your DSL modem with that connector that looks like a phone jack (rj 11) but is bigger (RJ 45 ..RJ being registered jack)

then when a small black screen appears type in

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew

wait and try to get back online..

CALL AND COMPLAIN...Stella..if ya dont they wont give a shit..COMPLAIN and COMPLAIN like all hell broke loose..tell em if it does not get fixed ASAP you wanna cancel your service and you r gonna tell EVERYONE..

in the IT field  we deal with sooooo many dumbfucks (computer not plugged in..i'm serious!! ..25 out of a hundred cals is JUST THAT) that we kinda learn not to give a damn and look over stuff..but if someone does cause a stink we DO wake up and listen...so CAUSE A STINK...

oh oh if the vids dont play once you have clicked the link go to... (on the top)

go to "tools"

"internet options"

"delete files"


dunno why but video google sometimes has a problem and deleting the previous files does the trick..

you mayneed to del files every time you watch a new vid..the first time ya del em it might take up to 2 mins to del em all..dont worry..after than it takes only 10 seconds since you wont have as many saved up!
