There are actually a few coming to the NOC from RUssia.  One ofthem was having a few problems with the Visa but hopefully will have it fixed in time

he's a Ronnie Rockel-type to me. good size and balance with no outstanding bodyparts that jump out at you. he'll probably get a raw deal for the next couple of years, but then he'll come into him own.
