DaddyWaddy's advice on nutrition and training is nothing short of laughable! He claims... You don't need protein, just calories, mainly from fat... what the fu*k, anyone with a basic knowledge of nutrition knows that that is utter shite.

I know the magazines don't exactly offer good advice, but neither does DWaddy.

only the repair phase technicall that is growing too my sonny . technically you grow with age veins blood turning over maturing ect...without training. training speeds these processes up.

His physique speaks for itself.  So what if he doesn`t follow the norm.  What he does works.  People are so reluctant to try different shit.  I commend him for having the courage to try something totally unconventional.  Seems to me that he has gotten great results.

Yes, he has an great physique. And I'm sure his training and nutrition are spot on. But TA, have you ever considered he's spouting shit just to draw attention to himself.

He probably follows conventional training and nutritional approaches... he just knows that by claiming he doesn't, he'll get a pat on the back off idiots like you that believe him.

For example, if he has a diet high in fat and low in protein, how does his body build muscle? Seriously, where does his body get the necessary amino acids to repair and build muscle? If he didn't have a good physique, I'd believe his rants, but he looks to impressive to believe.

Actually I did, it was good I actually felt sad at the end. I used it cause I know that most of these people havent seen the movie and make jokes about it.
