So awhile back after Getbig's very own Michael Arvilla competed in the West Palm Beach Bodybuilding Championship, there were some stating that there were in fact only 3 competitiors in Michael's class - which is why he even placed. Well, I'm here to get his back....

For those of you who don't get Southern Muscle Plus it is stated on page 67 of the August issue the placings of the competitors....

Men Over 40
1. Alex Ramirez, Miami Beach
2. Tony Corrado, Jupiter
3. Kevius Hodges, Loxahatchee
4. Michael Arvilla, Palm Beach Gardens
5. Emmett Gates, Riveria Beach

Unfortunately I don't get this quality publication in my area.

I can almost guarantee that they have never competed. No respect.

I don't care how great of a bodybuilder you are, you have to give Mike props.

He did an amazing job and should be proud of his accomplishment.

For those that are living in a cave, and don't know, let me tell you that any show in Florida is really tough. FLORIDA has something like 35 NPC shows alone, (plus other show sanctions ) every year.

That's good to see, I realize not everyone believed Mike awhile back. I'm sure out of all those competitors, Mike made the biggest transformation.

And he really did place well for his first competition! Congrats again to Mike Arvilla!!

I don't think you can purchase it. I think it is a freebie given out at gyms etc. I could be wrong. I got my copy for free from the guy who wrote the article.
