You're not training of dieting hard enough.  To be a complete bodybuilder, you must have visible abbs, calves, back, hams. everything comes with correct dieting and training

Yeah, but you know how those polls are. The women don't really answer them truthfully. They always give the token answers, like I want a man that is:

1) Funny

2) Honest

et cetera. Yet, in real life, they want a guy that treats them like shit, a HUGE house, the biggest diamond on earth and lots of money. Of course, there are exceptions.

Let's be completely honest, most women would not go for someone like 'Jay' or 'Ronnie' but I think ideally most women would want a guy that looks like Frank Sepe..From girls I've talked to, this is the ideal look that 99% of girls go crazy for, a good amount of lean muscle but not too 'monstrous' or 'freaky' looking.
