Word is that 20 terrorist were arrested in London. They were going to blow up jets using a liquid explosive. Lots of plains grounded. They're saying minimum of 2 hours checking in and no carry on. We got lucky this time.

No, it really is horrid here at the moment. It's not funny. They did a great job thwarting it and we're all pleased, but it's still scary. Everything is different.

Linda, the UK "cintizenry" are very domesticated. Both of our govts are trying like hell to remove civil rights - this whole plot is a masked way to justify the wiretapping - but the USA has guns to keep our govt honest.
