I just moved from Atlanta last year. Toney Freeman lives and trains there. I trained at the same gym and the dude is as strong as fvck. I never saw him squatting over 600, but I really wouldn't put it by him.

i'm was refering to when toney said he weighed 195 and squatted 735 for 3. i doubt that at 300 lbs. he could do that now.

I never make strength claims cause for one I don't even count weight. I go by feel.I only report what I've done when asked. The question was what is the most you've ever squatted my answer is " 7 plates and a 35 for 3 reps. I was young and dumb I weighed about 200-215lbs in Jan. 92'. I was training at the gold gym by the Atlanta airport.(It's no longer there) I've squatted 6 plates for 10, 4 plates for 20 reps set after set after set. That's the type of shit you gotta do to get 32" Quads come showtime. Now, I rarely go over 405 cause I've built a good base. Now 'm just gonna make them CRAZIER with detail,detail,detail. I must admit you guy come up with some funny shit to talk about that's why I come here everyday keep it up...peace
