And what about the proceeds to DVD sales of the NOC and other related material.  Are the PDI athletes going to see a dime of that?  Wayne is going to keep that money for himself, 240.

I don't know, and none of us can do anything to influence that.  Both feds do it.

But, if both feds succeed, then ONE of them will probably start a profit-sharing model to entice pros from the other.  Then, they'll both have to do it, just to retain their guys.  As the battle ensues for athletes, the monies they give them will have to keep going up, up and up.

IFBB has been the only game in town for a long time (the WBF hardly made a 2 year dent in anything) and guys are broke.  You have 5 guys making a living and 50 selling dope.  PDI alone isn't the answer.  But competition IS.

However, 240 remember that you're on Wayne and the PDI's side.  I don't like Wayne and I certainly don't like the PDI.  Its going to dilute the already small group of fans and its an illegitimate organization. 

The USFL, AAU & the WBF were rival organizations but at least they actually had pro-athletes in their division.  The PDI is a hodge-podge mix of of rank amatuers who haven't earned the right to be pros.  At least Vince Galanti listened to our advice and made the wise decision to leave.  He's the only one that had the balls to call out Wayne's B.S and had a lot to lose since he can turn pro at the Master Nationals next year.



Its not you 240 personally, its the PDI that I'm after and anyone associated with Wayne is on my list.  Sorry bro, just doing the job I was asked to do

Dude, I built and sold that website www.prodivisionbodybuild ing.com and prodivisionbbing.com back in late Feb.  That is what I do.  Come up with cool websites, then sell them to enterprising people with time and energy to grow them. The purchasing party has not yet remodeled or updated the site, but that is their perogative.

My opinion is that I do not know the terms of the contract that athletes sign.  Does it contain a clause saying that their likeness can be used for any PDI marketing efforts?

Yes competition should be a good thing, but since your letting the PDI do whatever they choose without questioning it like you do with the IFBB are you allowing the PDI to come on the scene and use their contracted athletes any which way they see fit?  With Wayne's contract and the one clause that he can fire anybody if their physique doesn't match up, this one thing alone can be used to control his athletes with an ironfist, since it based on Wayne's opinion if they "make the grade" or not.  Seems like a great way to dispose of people with their own thoughts if need be.

I tell you what it's called.  It's called "loyalty", something that is missing a lot in the world lately.  How about not biting the hand that feeds you and remembering who has helped you at one point or another in your carreer and show gratitude instead of turning your back on them or always looking for something better somewhere else.
