I have Just got my hands on some powder form clen .I have only had tabs before.What do u think as far as dosage goes .I am thinking a  half a teaspoon once a day ramped up to maybe 2 teaspoons.What do u guys think?

If this is Clen powder DO NOT take half a teaspoon. That would be about 2.5 grams - that would be very very bad. I wouldn't recommend taking more then 200mcg a day (I won't take over 160mcg).

be careful! next time buy the tabs- clen is not something you want to buy in powder or liquid form. ;)

Agree completely about the powder...the liquid, depends on where and who you get it from.

use klen tab next time....
powder is risky ....

Why ? Surely if the dose is correct What is the diffrence between the three Powder/liquid /tabs
