Remember you need to be eating 30/40 grammes every 2hours, and at least 600-900grams everyday, or you wont grow bro ::)

Yes....and don't forget about the 20 minute "window" after you train. If you don't eat a protein/simple carb meal at this time you will go into a coma.

I might add an extra rest day once or twice a month and if I'm tempted to a certain degree, might cheat my diet by picking at a few raisins or a small handful of cereal. In the gym I train to my absolute failure. Squatting til' I collapse is not uncommon.

Since April, ive been super serious. Working hard, dieting is almost perfect, i gave cardio a break for the past few weeks, because i was getting burned out from the double sessions, since april.

I dont cheat, except maybe once in a blue Ill have a few pretzel sticks, maybe a fruit once in a blue, and thats about it..

oh, and I go through a 5 lb tub of designer protein in about 6 days...so about $80 a month goes to just protein powder.

Its fukking expencive eating well and buying muscle buildiong foods!

why on earth are you using so much protein powder? a 5lb. jug of Optimum Whey lasts me a month and a half.

On the internet I train every f*ing day and have a diet more strict than Cutler's.

In reality, I get to the gym twice a week and don't really diet.

I forgot to add that the only time That I shower after a training session is if I happen to sweat which isn't very often.
