Cant wait for the pics, it must be so exciting. Many people thin gym owners get rich quick, but from what i researched, its not like that- its tough and it takes a while, am I right Armz?

Yucaipa and Temecula are the fastest growing areas in so cal. and has been for the past 3 years.. I've invested in residential real property here and couldn't think of a better place to do it.. All the housing going in are homes starting at 750,000 so it's far from a shithole..
