ARMZ, coming from someone who has worked in gyms in the past, I get your joke about the 330lb dbs. There is always some clown who asks for heavier db's, even though they can't properly handle the weight of the ones you have.

Hey what paper is that? I live in Highland and work in Loma Linda and was just wondering. Yu-crapa is not that bad of a city just a lot of meth-labs and horses, but other than that it has ridiculous potential. I agree with Armz- he will be in place as the population wave surges forward.
