Why do you claim to be strong in some posts and a weakling in others? I see 200 pounders throwing around 110's for reps all the time and no one seems too impressed by them. Hell, I don't even train heavy on db shoulder presses and I handle 85's for 12 reps easily, and I spot you 50 pounds(mainly fat pounds). Why does someone so weak pick on other people at the gym? Do you even work out? your claimed numbers don't make sense and sometimes you claim to have 17 inch arms and sometimes you say they are 18
yeah danielson i don't work out, people who don't work out shoulder press the 100's for reps all the time.
before the little brown spider
That is a HUGE PBN. I did a seated PBN of 275 for a double when I was 20 or 21 and that was my best.
no offense man but why do you always have to add your personal lifting feats in every thread?
I hardly do it in every thread. I mention it when I think I have a good lift I suppose out of ego.
But correct if i'm wrong but this thread has f**k all to do with your lifts
no shit, we weren't even talking about this clown.
Wouldn't you think the spider would have given him super-strength like it did for Peter Parker?
yeah, real strong you talk like you are one of the strongest guys at your gym, making fun of little people. At my gym if their was a 230 pounder struggling to get six reps with the 100's the joke would be on him. And are your arms 17 or 18? you keep changing it.
I never knew doing deep reps on 100 pounds dumbells was a joke. Most people cant dumbell bench them.
good stuff man, i can only do the 100's for 6 or so, this dude i was talking to is old school, does his barbell presses all the way down past the chin the way it should be.
its not a joke, he just claims he is a beast. He even makes fun of teenagers in the gym.(did you know that?) And yes, most people can bench 100's. Joe Piscopo did it for christs sake.
Most people can't bench the 100's much less press them overhead. Go to any Gold's gym in the world and see how many times people crack the 100's. not a lot.
hahahaha, this coming from a guy who presses the 85's.
