Depends on your technique too. If you lean way the fvck back in the seat and basically do an incline bench,you can probably move more weight. I do mine strict and my strength is in the same ballpark as Sarc's

Good point, Jay Cutler does them the hard way in his vid. It makes me laugh when hearing people say 100 pounders are light for shoudlers, you hardly ever seen anyone pushing them in gyms.
