Wow, not impressed at all. Where are his hamstrings?

Is this for a natural organization?  :-\

Only decent thing are his quads.

He has done well, with taking only liver tablets, and vitamin E. !!      Good job Mike.

Creatine is the next step for him to gain more mass.

i dont plan on being super shredded.....i didnt expect to even be able to see my abs by showtime, but it looks like theyll be pretty crisp and defined at around 9 or 10 %....ill be extremely happy geting to that bf % in time for the show.   i thought dieting woul be harder...and i would lose more muscle...but its easy and the muscle is staying....but i was much much fatter than i had thought...so i wont come in as sharp as i may have predicted.

More power to you candidate, i wish you well, and hope you attain your goals.

But back to the topic, being a comeptitor in the NGA and seeing lots of natural Pros, brings me to the conclusion daddywaddy isnt natural, being 6 plus feet tall and having the muscularity he has.. jus tlook at the example of these natural topplace finishers, in this thread!

HEY WARHORSY, your pal with "VIC RICHARD" type legs, at over 6 feet should of done the Oregon state, he would of won right? haha. clueless.
