Classic. Even better is a grown man doing a rep like that, then when you ask him why he does half reps, he'll reply, "My shoulder has a poor range of motion." Oh brother.

How fitting...............I just saw a guy today doing the same shit. It's funny, cause he was doing it with 185 lbs, then he gets up with his imaginary lats flared and walks around with a swagger, like he's acomplished something......... What a bull!
