I got news for you. Gyms are littered with countless juice-sponges that look like shit. Not everyone responds that well to gear. Just look at Arvilla. Juiced to the gills and smaller than this guy.

This guy's condition is INSANE and he looks VERY hard. It is possible for a natty to look like that, but very rare...
