first time i saw him i was like holy shit he looks amazing...his lats are so fuking low its amazing, almost like franco. if he would just have a sain bodybuilding diet...he would do some major damage

i dont see how someone can eat raw red meat...or even worse chicken...and now at the very least get food poisoning

Raw diet isnt that uncommon these days. According to some cooking food is what's dangerous.

Caveman thinks outside the box. And all of his ideas are worth considering.

Then of course, you could either find them to your liking.

Or not.

Some of those theories of his has caught with me, already being into organic food.

I need to do lots more research before joining the raw meateaters though.
