It's also pretty crazy that once these guys get under the weight, they have to do a single rep squat, while balancing the weight on top of their heads.. in this care with 460+ lbs.

An overhead squat is completely different to a squat. I bet most people on here couldn't do 135lbs. You need tremendous core strength.
