Lee Priest owns on the radio show!

I just listened to the delayed broadcast and Lee's comments and concerns were pretty air tight from my persepective.
He is right on regarding enforcing rules but not enforcing other rules i.e taking drugs will be fined etc.

I would like to congratulate you Lee, i like how your taking a morale stance and sticking to it, even though you may have to face consequences. Your the man Lee, just thought i'd give you some props and encourage you to keep going strong.

The reason lee owned bob and shawn is because his princibles on the matter have never changed , lee was talking about the rules and the crap the guys have to put up with 10 years ago , and he has never changed his pionts of veiws , not like shawn and bob have , he has stayed true to his convictions and suffered the consiquences for this , but because of this his debating platform is rock solid , he doesnt has to change his story or try and remeber what has he has said in the past as it all pertains to the same stance that he has held all along , I think it is called "sticking to your guns"

Lee owned nothing...except a lack of knowledge of what the rules are. He keeps pointing out that there are rules that are broken all the time, and nothing is done...yet, he isn't smart enough to realize that the code of conduct are NOT the rules, but guidelines that are set up and requested to be followed.

Lee has been given the same disciplinary action for breaking the C.O.C. rules as everyone else that has...nothing.

Anyone who has ever gone and competed in a rival federation, HAS been suspended immediately, without question, and without exception...Lee wanted fair treatment for breaking the rules, he'll get it.

As for "sticking to his guns"...I guess we'll see if that holds true, if and when he ever decides to answer the question that was asked regarding pulling out of the PDI shows based on the same contractual obligations he pulled out of the Olympia.

Lee, it's a simple question. Will you hold the PDI to the same standard you held the IFBB? Will you compete if you are required to do anything other than compete?

Chic you are obviously a true champion , as true champions never like to loose --- but in the radio interview I saw that lee came out on top ( cant speak for any one Else)plus it didn't help with you and Shawn trying to gang up on him , but thats just my interpretation and like bodybuilding judging who,s to say who is right and who is wrong , the point is you wont change his point of views on the whole issue , he never has , he might change his actions but his views will never change on this --- it pisses him off to much for him to say , Oh f@#k it your right I was wrong !!!

Lee is entitled to his opinion, and his stance. If he feels as though athletes should be able to compete whereever they want, without repercussion...all the power to him.

Here is a good piont in case re the IFBB and the rules , Amature based , In NZ the NZfbb follow the Drug Testing rules to the letter --- hence they have had the past 4 mr NZ overalls fail drug tests and have been suspended for 2 years  each accordingly, plus there names publicly published nation wide  , but across the ditch the Australian IFBB does no testing what so ever , where is the consistancy in the ruleing

Most top NZ bodybuilders take flight to live in Aussie and to compete over there  for this very reason !!!

for example, NHL hockey judges each infraction on its own merits.  Why else would some guys get 40 games and others nothing for a similiar offense.  So why can't the IFBB do the same?

Thats because we have promoters that put on shows...unlike other "sports". It's up to the promoters whether or not to strictly enforce drug testing, as they have to pay for it...

I've said for years now...I'd like to see the IFBB put on their own shows just like the NFL puts on NFL games...MLB puts on MLB games, etc, etc....

Maybe then we would see more consistancy.

Thats because we have promoters that put on shows...unlike other "sports". It's up to the promoters whether or not to strictly enforce drug testing, as they have to pay for it...

i dont know about in the states but in our sports in NewZealand we do have promoters who put on various sporting competetions under franchise of a sporting federation and that sporting federation does enforce the same rules i.e drung taking so bodybuilding aint that different in organisational structure to how bodybuilding shows are put on.

There was nothing in the NOC contract like that just to compete,hotel,food money,etc .If the seminar is after the pre judging before meeting the fans i dont have a problem.I staed it was all the crap we had to do leading up to the Olympia for the hundreth time BOB.If they had a seminar after the Olympia pre judging i would have no problem with that.
