Actually I was. Rory wanted me to do the Nationals that year and that show was the last qualifier, I had 3 weeks to prepare....crash diet, but I won the short class and overall and the guy I beat was about 230lbs in the tall class. They didn't have weight divisions then, I was 21 in that pic!

I do remember, I only had 3 weeks so it was killer....

Meal 1 - 4 egg white omlette (plain) 1/2 slice of toast, coffee

Meal 2 - 6 oz fish, 1/2 potato (plain) water.

Meal 3 - 6 oz fish, water

Meal 4 - 6 oz fish, salad with vinegar.

LOL...do the math, it wasn't much!!

But what are the rule son the lighting? Are we all gonna pose in super shadowy lighting? I was gonna shoot my pics in a well lit, weobics room, not under some huge shadows...let me know what we are doing folks..
