Psychologically speaking, reality is creeping up on Alexxx...as he preaches about dieting/training... some of it sticks in his head...he eventually starts to melt away the lbs and fat to reveal the physque underneath it all...however the mirror images and the constant haters have gotten to him, to a point where he had the MELTDOWN in the first post of the thread...dont worry Alexxx i have had those same ideas about the competetion, not being 'big' enoguh... But all you got to do is look at the most recenct Adonis pics and that ussually gets you back that lost mojo

Rocket, there are heaps of good gyms in Brisbane, at least back when I used to live there. Whereabouts are you looking - any area in particular ? There was a really good, hardcore gym in West End called 'Thors gym' - hope it's still there. The QUT gym in the city campus ain't too shabby either.
