how can I get a 8mm tape onto the CPU? I have a tape of me doing 225 38 times at a football combine

you guys are right, my squat is pathetic in my eyes too.  the injuries havent helped.  My last day of high school I maxed 405 bench to set the school record and squated a parallel (not ass to the floor) 485.  I was already 3 bills and only 17.  Torn Rotator Cuff set me back a lot and 2 wrist surgeries too.  At 17 I thought I'd be closer to 600lb bench and 700lb squat by now, but oh well the Dr.'s said I'd never hit 4 plates again. Shows what they know.

yesterday I benched and got 405 4 sets of 6.  Hown much does a bench shirt add? I've never tried one and my friend wants me to enter his hometown show.  he said the winner did 585 w/shirt.

You would probably be able to do a 545 lbs bench (with shirt) within a relatively short time if you put some effort into training with a shirt. You'd need to strengthen the joints and and become stronger in the lock out as well.

I see no reason for you to go on the juice.

If I was 300+ heck even 275 ..id be repping 315 30 times!! but alot of these muscle bears dont have that big a range of motion having that thier torso is like 75 inches in diameter !!
