I heard that its good for their coat, but I don`t think they like them.  I never know what to do with the yolks, so I try to pawn them off to our four cats.  Hasn`t worked yet.  They love their cat chow better.

i'm doing this diet thing, and i'm used to eating 1/3 a danish each night.   So instead, I'm shoveling down hardboiled egg whites.  My cats keep jumping up to get the uneaten yolks.

I know this might be a realllly stupid question, but is there any way to turn a carton of that eggwhite to hard boiled format?  I mean, besides frying them up.

I'm a lazy man.  I hate to cook.  I can hardboil 3 dozen eggs, a few times a week, and snack on them for days.  Only problem is peeling them.

You can mix the liquid eggwhites with protein and make a shake, it takes the place of water or milk.  It doesnt cause any stomach problems.

But thats only if you are using them for a snack or your last protein of the night.

I can hardboil 3 dozen eggs, a few times a week, and snack on them for days.  Only problem is peeling them.

You have to eat like nine or ten at a time to get a full serving of protein.  Three dozen would last me less than a day.

actually I had a lot of recipe but usually they all taste like fucking shit !!!

I think this one is the best for me cause I don't have time to eat that much at work so I eat this 2 or 3 times a day

1 minute to make, 1 minute to eat it and since the apple sauce taste good you don't want to eat junk

Lean Hamburger and Different kinds of Fish and Shrimp are better.
