swear to god, but a few years back, like 98 or so, melvin was on the 'jenny jones' show. it was about losers in high school who were picked on and now were going to show their bullies just how good they looked now. palumbo was also on the show. not picked on, but they showed a pic form him in his track days and how he looks now.

I just saw Melvin Anthony at the Los Angeles International airport this afternoon. He was walking up the ramp from the international gate. He was wearing just a black tshirt and some shorts. His upper body looked pretty solid but I was surprised at how small his calves were. I was about 6 feet from him as he walked by and as he walked past I looked down at his calves and was kinda shocked. Don't get me wrong he definitely has an impressive build but damn they looked like they were 16 inches.

Don't they see how Coleman trains right up to the Olympia? HELLO....2300lb leg press, WHERE THE CHALLENGERS AT??? 800lb deadlift, 495lb bent rows (compared to melvin doing 225 on some weird ass pulley machine

Really didn't get the chance. I was looking down at him from the area I was at and as soon as I realised who it was he was walking past me and up the ramp. It would have been kinda strange if I just yelled at him and said Hi.
