I have known Jack for over 20 years, we trained and competed together, and he did help me out at the NABBA North America in Atlantic City on March 30, 1996 with my "carbing up". Jack is a straight up guy, he will help anybody out and talk to anybody. Jack is a record holder in powerlifting and won many other bodybuilding contests. We bumped into each other over the last few years due to career changes and prior family obligations. I did meet him again at the NPC Delaware. People criticized Jack on his condition for that show. Little do people know that Jack took a 6 year layoff from bodybuilding and developed a very successful career. And you can bet he will just improve greatly with each show! I also met Bob Chic at the Arnold banquet, he and King had excused themselves from their dates to walk over to our table and talk to me and my former girlfriend and her son...this boy had e-mailed King off/on and at the time. Six months previously, this boy had just recovered 100% from major brain surgery. After his recovery, he wanted me to take him to the Arnold to meet King and Bob. Bob and King also took pictures of me and the same boy at the IFBB NOC. King had autographed the TMicheal shirt off his back and gave it to the kid. Bob also spent time talking to him. I also met Bob at the Firehouse restaurant in CA, he and Tom Prince where having lunch, both took pictures with me and talked bodybuilding for a good hour.
Jack and Bob are both good bodybuilders and both work hard in and out of the gym. The Gossip section is fun to read, but when the "haters" post nasty things about good people...it does get old fast!
Now for the new gossip, is it true that Mike Arvilla beat up the bag boy the supermarket for smashing his cheesecake?
