Whats the defenition you all use for a natural?

No steroids/gh/igf/insulin/pro hormons/whey powder etc....?

No steroids, no growth, no IGF, no insulin.

Protein supplementation or creatine is accceptable.

If you can get it at a grocery store, it's considered natural. Whey, creatine, tribulus, psudoephedrine, vit. and minerals can all be bought at my local Ind. grocer. Oh, yeah, caffeine pills and green tea are readilly available too. ;

Natural is never having taken any substances on the IOC/WADA banned list IMO.If you have previously taken anything banned then you should be considered drug free but not lifetime natural.

Crotch's stuggles with the juice have been chronicled on here many times. He did one entire cycle, nearly died, had a heart and liver transplant, and is now much better. See kids, steeeeriods are bad for you.
