2 of my shipments seized by customs which means I'll have to issue monster refunds to customers

LOL- I did not know you were dealing AAS. if so- you have to have your bros over there do a better packaging job- Yes- you better refund these mad mofos before you get a bunch of negative feedback- people will have to workout without bee pollen and the magic stick for awhile

around 400 dollars at the moment but I haven't checked last weeks orders yet so I'm sure it'll be more. Oh well

I've never heard of one company that refund the money if customs take the package. Not one. Until now that is.

So if someone orders from you something that is banned in their country, or at least in a gray area as a lot of supplements are, and the customs fetch it, you would just return their money? They can take a chance with you and you will take all the risks?

Some companies are buying their own raw materials and are manufacturing too. If the material gets seized then it is irrelavent to the customer and he should get his money back. In fact it would not be legal to keep his money and not give the product ordered or the money back.

I thought we were talking about a) a seller of supplements b) a buyer of supplements

If a buyer from Europe buys from the US and the stuff is banned in his country, then he take the risk of it getting through customs, and if it doesn't, well tough luck.
