I started working at a Gold's Gym 2 weeks ago which is why I haven't been on much lately, but let me tell you how i now can fully relate to sarcasms ownings and such........ I swear I really question why people even bother coming to the gym to do squats with a 4-6 inch range of motion and rock their bodies back and forth while performing laterals or curls, anyway i notice that maybe 10-15 people that go to the gym I work at actually lift with any of kind form let alone actual purpose. I want to stop some people and express my concern but I know it's rude to do so esp. since i work there but come on someone needs to say something if not for there own sake then for the sake of serious gym-goers everwhere.

Hey MIKE do you see any negroes comming in with lame tattoos that arent half visible with bandanas on with a ginormous gym bag slung around their shoulder with a Dallas Cowboys jersey on with one pant leg rolled up one rolled down talkin to some bust-down on the cell phone comming in there?

Hahaha...you get agitated by seeing half ass people inthe gym but are a big Cormier fan...hahahahaha!

Sometimes it interupts my sets cause I serious start to laugh and I can't focus on what I am doing, I always joke around with the other guys about the jackasses and compliment the small/new guys when they perform lifts correctly with a manageable weight. I actually refuse to spot for anyone doing weight I know they can't/shouldn't handle. They are only 3 black dude I see on the regular, one is a prison guard and pretty big but has a gut to match, second dude doesn't real talk much but just listens to his i-pod and the third guy is from the bahama's and used to be a powerlifter in the 80's and 90's and know some pro bbers and plers but I have a hard time understand what he says cause of the accent.

In all fairness I saw this lady at my gym trying to pick up Middle EAstern men every week...Its too funny, she is disgusting..but blonde and white..to a middle easter neub, she is everything they have dreamt of... hahahah i was soo puzzling to me cause she was sooo aggressive and the dude was clueless .... Thanks 'tate'...I know fo sho you're from 'the other side of the tracks' with 'tate' as your handle. I have met a plethora of 'you people' with 'tate' as their name or nickname. May as well call yourself 'tre' or 'peanut' or some other common pseudonym your 'community' likes to use.

Just so you know...a negroe never stole my girlfriend, brah...just stole my little brothers bike. Also...majority of 'your people' don't workout thats why medically and statistically speaking..'your kind' is the sickets of ALL races being victims of every aimlent known to man...obesity, hypertension, diabetes etc...and funniest part is that majority of all of their ailments...can be avoided if they lived a little bit more like 'us' or 'my kind' and stopped splurging and diving into excess into fried foods, sugar, sugar and more sugar, alcohol and nicotene and drugs and overall unhealthy risky lifestyles.

You should take pics of any of your coworkers (esp personal trainers) who are overwieght and slobs, nothing makes me laugh harder than seeing a fat ass at the gym telling me "Welcome to <insert gym name> , have a good workout !" hahahahahah gayer than K-fed rappin to a Busta beat hahahah

I'll put up with any jerks at the gym, but Godamnit, Why some people refuse to fcuking shower before they come and start sweating on all the equipments and stinking up the whole fcuking Gym. There was a big Baboon who was doing lateral raises, and He was in a corner by himself, until I realize that others gym members couldn't bear staying near him. That Mofo smelled like a fcuking road kill. If I had My gym, I would ban any member with Poor HYGIENE.

I got a camera phone now and how thought of taking pics of funny shit but I just the other day figured out how to get the pics off and on the computer, the other day this one pretty big dude (prob the most "serious" lifter there) put on one members motorcycle helmet while doin a set of tri pressdowns and I swear he looked like he walked out of a Village People video. I tried to get pic but was too late $:-\$ , but anyway I will try to get pics of people from my gym without getting yelled at.
