According to conventional wisdom I'm supposed to eat like 500 grams of protein a day, I don't even eat half of that and I have no problem maintaining my size. It's hogwash. Think about where these beliefs originated......muscle mags trying to sell you protein. It's all genetics, like EVERYTHING in bodybuilding. What works for one doesn't work for the other, so there are no universal axioms. The people that truly progress in this "sport" are the one's who find what works for them and stick to it.
