too much long igf need advise

today I took 700 mcg of long igf by mistake thought it was the water.  Should I be nervous about this amount.  Possibly get checked out.  advise will help

Why would taking IGF bother you ?All you are going to do is grow from it???
You can't O.D. on it.
It is not like taking a recreational drug, or at the worst, 1 shot with too high of a dosage will not cause any bad sides. Now if you did this time and time again, I might start to worry!
