You wouldn't know what a 200lb dumbell was if one fell on your foot.Gregg is cool. Never seen him in real life though, so can't confirm any of what you're saying.Again, never met the guy in real life. Neither of us are homos, however. Do some research before spouting off. You've got whats called: "blurting syndrome". There are self-help books/tapes/seminars for that, or, I'm sure you could find a support group to join in addition to your AA group.Oh, I thought you said you called my gym to get directions. You can google the directions as well. I will not waste an hour each way driving to you for an internet message board "competition".
"chest bent over rows"Is that where you lie down on the bench on your back and he puts his chest on yours and does bent over rows?
Only queen faggott garaeth knows these positions.ONE ARM ROWS CHEST PRESSFAGGOTT
Essentially you're a burnt out steroid gimp who never achieved any real strength naturally and thus you're as weak as hell but hey, atleast you've still got your ego brother HARDCORE!!!
he got ya there, fella.
heres a pic of me after not training for one year, I had been training for six weeks and natural, this pic was about 1.5 years ago, I know Im fat looking but I am swole now for all you punks.
Not to discredit your numbers, Mr. Intenseone, but that looks like the angle is a bit low. I wonder, do these machines come built at different angles? So when one guy claims 2000lbs and another 1000lbs, both might have the same strength, it's just that the equipment was built different... 35degrees vs/ 45, or some such...
