Starting Week 6 of 1st Cycle....

Currently taking 500mg/week of Cyp. 2 shots-Monday/Thursday

Thus far, I have gained 12 pounds and strength increase has been good, although not what I was expecting. Side effects have been very minor...Little acne, large increase in libido (I tend to search porn daily!!!)

I am thinking about throwing in some Superdrol as I have a bottle still in the cabinet. I would just do a 3 week cycle of it though. 20-30mg's would be the limit. I had good results from a SD cycle a while back.

I am holding some water for sure. I would say 5 out of the 12 pounds is water weight. I would like to gain at least 20 pounds by cycle end and keep 12-15 of it after cycle and water loss.  ;D

Glad to hear you're getting good results. If I were you I'd just pitch the superdrol.

diet is numero uno in the battle to build mass, especially while on!!!!

Diet is OK...Not great, but OK..I am such a frickin picky eater. I have been putting down over 3500 calories a day for sure. Plenty of Peanut Butter and Chicken!! Also take a post workout shake that is loaded with calories. I also put Glutamine and Glucosamine in it.

OK-ate more this week! I blew up!! I am up to 218 on the scale....Strength is up as well. Used 225 for barbell rows tonight and 405 for shrugs. Not bad for me!

Just curious, are you doing 225 for barbell bent rows, or using a T-bar?

actually thats pretty good for a test only cycle.  keep the diet tight.  nutrition is a huge factor.

If your diet aka eating habit, is TIGHT as an Asian's asshole, then your wasting your time. The more you eat of clean foods, the more your strength will increase. And your pre and post workout meals better be on cue.

Eating is #1 Drugs use #2, you fuck up on one, you fucked up on both bro.

Because your Test E or Cyp your taking is FAR more reliable then that shitty OTC steroid shit. DNewbie do yourself a really big favour, Sell your SD to some loser teen, and cash your extra money for a future cycle. As I said before, if you eat right, your strength gains will out do any strength you would get from that SD crap.

Food is your only ally USE IT or Stop wasting everyones time.
