Hedgehog had it right. Pro BB's today have gone off the deep end with their distended abs and widened waists. So post pics of the BB's before it happened to them. I'll get it started...

That thread has nothing to do with this one. It shows a lot of bodybuilders when they were younger but almost none of them ever developed distended abs/widened waists.

Definitely.

Is his physique TODAY (i.e. 2005 Mr. O) amazing?

No.

His proportions are off (undersized calves, widened waist, grossly distended abs, ruined triceps). His v-taper is ruined. He's just not what he used to be.

Was he amazing in 1998? Sure. Is he now? No.

Check out this comparison. Look at the difference in his waist (which I've read many times is not visible in his back poses). That's a HUGE and horrible difference between Ronnie '98 and '05.
