I found this video of Branch and Johnnie from their recent visit to Kuwait. The weight they throw around is pretty impressive, but the craziest part is at the end of Branch's set of 315 - his career could have ended in a split second.

I was particularly impressed by Warren's pressing power at the bottom of the lift. He held the weight on his chest for a couple seconds before exploding upward. Though impresive, it seemed like a quick way to a pec-tear . . .

Poor spotting on Johnnies part. Also,they should use chalk as I could imagine how hot it is over there and your hands sweat alot. I am actually pretty impressed by this video. Good form with the elbows in, going all the way to the chest and the pauses in the middle of there sets.

Thier claimed lifts seem even more suspicious after seeing this video.I have a couple of friends who bench abit over 500 and they handle 400 just as good as them.

And these two claimed to rep 5+ with 495 or something like that right? I doubt it,but who knows .

Doing 405 12 times with a pause on the chest at the 8th rep pretty much says to me that they could handle 500. Why would they want to though if they are training for a bodybuilding show?

And regarding the bench claims,Warren seems stronger and he got quite abit of help on more then a few of the last reps.

Doing 500X6 like they claim will be a real stretch for them.Remember thier bodyweight,those numbers are getting seriously close to being a world record.

Is it just me or does Jackson seem to push the weight (405) up less and less with each successive rep? Also, is that pumping the way most people on here lift? It didn't seem very controlled to me. $:-\$
