Kind reagrds

What kind of weight do you think Mike Tyson could push?
He used to do weights after his prison years,
Someone told me they heard a 1 rep bench off 500lbs!!

Not sure but Early on Leroy Colbert was his nutritionist when he was champ.

Then it was Chad Nichols after prison.

I highly doubt it.....Tyson's hands were always to sore and bruised due to all the rape and spousal abuse to handle that kinda weight.

Like most boxers, he doesn't use weights much. His lifts wouldn't be that high because he's not even used to lifting in general; he's naturally strong and could build up the poundages fairly quickly if he ever trained regularly, but doesn't.

Chad Nichols said that Mike Tyson was one of the most naturally strong Athletes he had ever seen/worked with.

Also said Mike was and always has been steroid free.

I have seen Mike Speed rep 225 on Squat ass to floor.

I saw Tyson work out a few times and the guy spent more time biting spotters, smoking weed, and raping Ivanko plates than he did lifting. But for the sake of argument, I'll wager 42-1 that he can't put up 365 for a single.
