Tyson was a monster thick and thick!! He did a circuit type training 3 times a week. I can believe he can bench 500 because of his crazy powerfull punches. He wouldn't do it bodybuilding style though and would use a lot of momentum. Tyson could knock down any of those UFC "fighters" with his eyes closed.

tyson has been offered a shit load of money by both k1 and pride to fight, but he will only fight boxing rules - as every boxer would vs. an mma fight.

from your previous comments on the video you thought was randy couture, you know nothing about the fighting sports.

tyson is too stupid to figure out a dosage, line up that corresponding number on the syringe and inject it.

I was very impressed with Tyson's physique in his later years. The guy weighs like 230 lb with abs, and I doubt he works out much.

You guys are way off. I said this on here before. My business partner in Muscle Mafia trained Mike for 3 months on Maui for the K-1. First thing in the morning Mike ran 5 miles. He came to the gym. He could NOT bench 315 unassisted. He could barely bench his bodyweight for 10 without help. And he squatted his bodyweight for 10. I will ask him for more precise number when I talk to him next to make sure. But this is what I remembered being told by him. Mike had natural strength. Like some guys who I know. They woudl get ahold of you and you couldn't get away. They were strong as heck. But in the weight room they were weak as heck. Mike was like that.

Onlyme is right, Tyson was never known for strength. he had insane hand speed and explosive punching power. that is why he was so good, add in some good footwork and there you have it...

when he was younger he was strong for his size but once he went pro he trained for explosive power and hand speed...i know he did mainly dips and chins for upper body training. i have one of his old routines somewhere i'll try to find.
