Actually it's quite common.  What happens is that when you were pulling the pin out some oil got sucked into a vein that was nicked on the way in.  Also happens sometimes when you nick a vein and the oil gets pushed into the vein.  The shot isn't wasted.  It really doesn't take alot to make that happen.  There is actually a medical term for it but I forgot what it's called.

Now, imagine what would happen if you didn't aspirate and pushed 2 cc's of oil into a vein.

This happens commonly to two idiot friends of mine that constantly pin their bi's, even though I keep telling them to go for sites with less veins like delts or quads or glutes or tri's..

5'6" 187 i am on a 500 mg aweek test -e 10 week cycle 5 weeks up front of 30 mg d-bol i bench 365 now hoping for 400 at the end of cycle, and yes i have worked out most of my life started on the juice about 10 years ago no real trouble until last Monday this Monday everything is great thanks for being concerned!p.s. if u would have read my first post u would have known how much test i was doing so next time read up before u chime in!!!!!!!!!!!SKINNY

It is kind if weird. At first I could taste the stuff in the back of my throat. Then I was coughing for a few minutes.
I then started to feel a little funny in my chest area.
It scrared the hell out of me. I did asperate both times. I am sure something got in the vein, which I know is not good.
Oil in the vein can't be good.
I know it did get a little in the vein just from previous experience of doing something IV in the past.
You can taste what you are injecting almost immediately!
